I have been in the photographic world for 40 years or so, starting with helping my father take pictures of the touring car races and rallies in Australia, where I was brought up.

I then moved on to doing industrial photography for an air conditioning manufacturer as a teenager and then into film processing, photo printing and negative and print copying at a professional lab in Holborn London.

I have, since the age of 9, built plastic model kits and radio controlled cars, aircraft and boats, which gives me a good eye for detail, I have a 1/5 scale Supermarine Spitfire under construction at the moment and a 100th scale Saturn V rocket is ready for the launch pad.
